Dear Members, Friends and Supporters of CAUSA,

As you probably all know our Grand Summer Ball Dinner & Dance will be on Saturday, July 14, 2007, at the Radisson Hotel USC, 3540 South Figueroa St., Los Angeles, California 90007.

To celebrate with us and commemorate this event, we will issue a souvenir program to make it a memorable affair with your presence. Therefore we would like very much to welcome you as a sponsor, donor or an advertiser.

This is the best and right time to place your ADVERTISEMENT so that our members and supporters all over USA can get to see you and patronize you as well. We as members, and our beloved town Casiguran, will very much appreciate your unending support and concern. Thank you very much for all your help.
